2TR-FE intake manifold problems?

I have a 2006 2.7 2tr-FE 4cyl 200,000miles. Recently replaced water pump, tensioner, belt, spark plugs, valve cover gasket/tube seals, cam and crank sensors, mass air flow sensor, coolant temp sensor all as matter of mantiance. Other than always changing all the fluids every 15k and oil every 1500-2000miles is all i have had to do to this truck. Very rarely I have been getting a cel for cyl 1 and 2 misfire and random Misfire at start up but goes away and won't do it for weeks or months. Lost a little bit of coolant. Looks to be leaking/seeping from a tube off the thermostat housing to the intake manifold? Anyone seen or herd of this? Also has anyone replaced their intake manifold? How much are they? Anything I should know? Thanks for any help/info in advance.

The early 2tr's had this problem. The part was redesigned at some point.
