    lots of pointless stuff
So as i was leaving a party. I get in my truck and start driving home. As I go up a gentle slope My truck Jumps from 2500 rpm to 600 and I lose all pedal I could hold it to the floor and no rpm change. Check eng light was thrown. I cut the truck off and start it back Check eng light still on But appears to drive fine. Any advice/help??

Totaled but still alive! Frame 2.0, Fog lights anytime, Seatbelt reminder delete, Secondary air filter delete, LED bed lights, Running boards, 2017 Rims, Ultra gauge, Cup holder/consol/glove compartment lights, Interior LED conversion, Blue Sea aux. fuse panel, fuse panel mounting plate by Yotamac, ProEFX heated towing mirrors, LED engine bay lights, Redline Quicklift Elite hood struts, Wet Okole Heated Seat Covers,m, Rear bumper 2.0, Decal free visors, Washable cabin air filter, Overhead consol auto dimming override switch, BulletProof Fabricating Skid plate, 2lo module.
Check connection at the pedal ("fly by wire" momentary loss of signal). Probably ok, but may be a precursor of something about to get worse. Go to autozone and pull the cel code and clear. Then you'll know more. Good luck!

check the throttle cable to make sure it's not loose from the clips. drive-by-wire is a misnomer as the 03-04 TB still had a physical throttle cable to give gas. the TPS just relayed what position the butterfly valve is in.

never said it did... :smack: :der:

just said to make sure nothing slipped off. OP also didn't post any codes so we know nothing yet. said he lost all pedal, never said if it had any resistance or just went straight to the floor.

At this point OP needs to check the CEL and find out what it's saying
