Has anyone seen or know of any way to "color" chrome-plated pastic, particularly the grill surround (2012+)?

I've got the Texas edition/TSS sport wheels and was thinking of making the grill match the tone of those, which are a sort of greyish-bronze color.

    Any ideas welcome.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
I think a tinted clear coat would be possible.

Sounds like it could work. I'm looking for something I could do myself, potentially out of a spray can. Metallic Plasti Dip could work too as an alternative I suppose.
