The tire pressure sensor light blinks on my 2007 Tacoma. The dealer said a battery needs to be replaced in the sensor. Does anyone know how to do that?

A tire shop can replace the sensor with a new aftermarket one. They'll either program the new sensor into the ECU or clone the new sensor to replicate the number that the old one had.

just for future reference... TPS is your throttle position sensor. TPMS is your tire pressure monitoring system. :)

And if you have ever had a shop like Les Schwab or Big O change your tires, there is a good chance they broke your sensors and they need to be replaced. I had this problem, the indicator blinks then stays lit, but i figured it out too late to try and get Les Schwab to pay for new sensors. just living with the light until i get new wheels and tires
