    Otherwise you'd have a hell of a time running wire to various locations and installing plugs, then have a quick disconnect mounted light to move where you need it... Just doesn't sound feasible.

    Mount some led lights on the bed rack/rear bumper/ roof rack/whatever you want, and have them aimed where you need them for area lighting. That's about the only thing you can do with hard wired lights.


    Edit: and stay away from rigid... Their shit is way too expensive and it's shitty quality from my experience.

    thanks man yea I didn't even think of one of those. I was browsing over boxrockets build as well and he has some sort of hella light that's adjustable, or atleast its in his older pics

    Yea idk how he has/had it wired. I've thought it would be cool to be able to be able to move it around the truck and just plug it in where it's needed, but really the bed is the only place it is usually needed.
