    I have a 2014 4x4 sport dcsb MGM with a leer 100xq shell.

I'm thinking about buying the ome lift, here are the options I have selected from the drop down.

    Shocks: 90021

    Coils: 885

    Add top plate spacers +$60.00

    Assemble shocks: no

    Front diff drop kit: yes

    Rear: complete Dakar springs +$469.00

    Rear shock stone guards: no

Also added LR UCAs : +$449.99

    Total I'm looking at = $1,733.98

My truck pretty much sits in a garage, I usually take it out on weekend trips if I have time like fishing, camping, trips... Etc. I don't really do much off roading.

What is your guys take on this?

Do I really need the drop kit and ucas?

    Does this kit ride stiff?

How do you like your ome kit?

Also what size tires/wheels/backspacing are you running?

I want to run a 285/70/17 but I'm afraid of rubbing.

And I'm also thinking of running an all terrain tire. What's a decent aggressive looking tire that's not so heavy?

So far for tires & wheels I've had the bfg ko2 in mind and fuel kranks at 17" not sure what back spacing to get on these or how wide.

I'm new to lifts so I've been doing lots of research before I buy a kit.

From what I have read on here you do not NEED the diff drop or UCAs. I just ordered a similar kit and I did not get either. From what I've read, some people have issue with alignment right at the 3" height and others do not. I am sure that it is better for your truck to have them, but for me it will have to come later. If you really don't want to spend the money on them don't get them and see if you will need them. It's not like $450 is a great price anyway....

Do I really need the drop kit and ucas? NO diff drop. UCAs; yes. 885s w/ top plate spacer will put you at 3". UCAs are recommended at any lift 2.5"+

Does this kit ride stiff? It's a truck, not a caddy ;)

How do you like your ome kit? LOVE mine. VERY happy with it.

Also what size tires/wheels/backspacing are you running? 16x8 4.5 backspacing Wheeler's steelies on 285/75/16 Duratracs. I rubbed on the street and had to trim some plastic, remove the mud flaps and do a CMC. The plastic I trimmed was enough to hold in one hand, open palmed. Need to take her wheelin' to see how much more I need to go. If you don't want to trim, go with 265s
