Typical noob lift and tire sizing question

15 4x4 TRD Sport

Hey guys,

I'm sorry to bother you guys with such a typical noob question but I couldn't find a thread that gave me a satisfactory answer. I just got a 2015 4x4 trd sport double cab. I'm looking to get a 3" lift and a tire/wheel upgrade. I saw that a typical tire size for that lift is 285/70/17. My only question is does this require any trimming? Anyone experience any rubbing or anything with that setup? Thank you squad. You guys are the business.
