Recorded a ton of video for new years but apparently I accidentally recorded it all in 1440k resolution, tried to play back the video on windows media player and the sound si there but no picture. Did I somehow not record and video at all or do I need another program to watch it? How easy can I convert this down to 1080?

This is probably a stupid easy fix but I haven't had to do it before so I'm lost.

Edit: Already fixed the main problem, was able to open it and watch in quicktime. Second question stills stands though, whats the easiest way I can convert this down to 1080?
