Frame rust on 2006

    What happens when Toyota undercoats a truck and then the frame has holes a year or two later?

    Unfortunately, your best bet is to cut your losses, or drive it till it's too far gone. If you are on the undercoating list (like me) and not the frame replacement list, we are just screwed. Mine wasn't doing bad, but 3\14 I moved to Buffalo NY, and I fear it won't last too long up here. The undercoating is a sloppy application over existing damage.

    Toyota running boards/Solid Fold 2.0/custom stickers/Anti-Dark LED light under hood/Derped grill/Scoop, etc.
    I believe their undercoating to be "crap" compared to the "Corrosion Free" I've used since new... I turned down their offer to coat mine... It's a one-time application and then you are on your own.... That is IF your frame rusts through AFTER the March 2016 end for this program. Maybe you should spray it weekly with salt brine and get it to rust through before then and then get a new frame...hehehe
