Here's a fun fact about the F-150 and a gold mine.

My dad just told me that Ford sent down their first 2015 aluminum bodies down to the mine (Cortez) for their surveyors to try out, they actually wrote a article about it which I'll attatch once he emails it to me. Funny thing is is that Ford didn't tell the surveyors that they were new trucks (they still have them now) and they actually wanted to make sure that there wasn't anything that the surveyors could tell was different from the last year. I know everyone's very loyal to their Tacomas but I thought this would be a fun article to read and share since it had to deal with my town.

The article will follow, hopefully tomorrow. They sent their first trucks to Cortez in Elko, a coal mine somewhere else, and a few other trucks to be used for a delivering company.
