Hi everyone. New to forum. I've dropped in before just to search for troubleshooting ideas and have been pretty successful. Thanks for that. My current issue has me stumped.

I have a 1995 Toyota Tacoma Ext cab 4WD with 220000 mi on a 3RZ-FE 2.7l. I made a few short drives the other day. On the last stop the truck started but then immediately stalled. I couldn’t get it started for a while but finally got it going. Truck had severe loss of power and re-stalled upon reaching a stop light. Next day truck fired right up, but started to miss after warming up for a while and eventually stalls. If I give it gas when it starts to stall, it avoids stalling but does when I let up on the pedal.

I’ve changed plugs and wires, cap and rotor, PCV, Idle up valve, and cleaned the throttle body. I checked the IAC & TPS both were fine. Looked at MAF. Wires are clean and intact.

Replaced exhaust manifold(due to cracks) and O2 sensors about a year ago.

Recently, I removed the fuel injectors, had them calibrated and re-installed. Regulator seemed fine. Afterwards truck started and ran fine until warming up then stalls. Same issue. No codes turn up and I’m at a loss as to what could be wrong.

I had same problem a few months ago but it suddenly started running fine. Problem was resolved after working on the previously mentioned items. But not right away because at first I still had the same issue. The last time, I found a vacuum leak at the idle up valve. I can’t find one this time.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks.
