Mysterious metallic sound from front end

Does anyone recognize this part?? Had a metallic vibration noise from the front end on start up with occasional repeat while driving. Sounded like loose splash guard vibrating.

Just finished oil change and tranny fluid change and found this part on the ground. Hmm?!? Not sure if this was laying in the guard and vibrating just worried about impending doom.

So far, noise has is gone. Part looks like a fluid line support and not even sure if it came off my truck. Any help appreciated.
