2006 TRD off road access cab auto URD supercharged

Bought my new to me 2006 Tacoma TRD off road and have an issue. I want to put retrofit headlights in it but because it's an American truck and I'm in Canada someone previous to me wired the headlights on to I assume keyed power. Everything comes on as if the headlight switch is turned on, park lights, low beams etc making the switch redundant. Does anyone have a clue as to what someone would've wired power too to achieve this so I can go in there and undo what they did? Thanks.
