    Hello everyone.
I just bought a 2015 Tacoma DCSB 2WD PreRunner 4.0L with SR5 value package, Entune Plus, and tow package this last Sunday. It's my first white colored vehicle.

Mine has the steel wheels and I will be putting on 16" Prod Comp 7031's (black) this Friday. Going to stay with the stock tires for now, since it seems people get 45-60k miles out of them. I will be 99% on-road use.

Plans for immediate future are - bed cover, JL Audio stealth box or similar box, new front door speakers, new JL or Alpine PDX Amp. Not sure if I want to swap the Entune Plus HU for the Entune App + Nav HU or not.

Any suggestions would be great for any of the items listed above.

    Thanks,

    Mike

I may be wrong. I looked it up on tire rack. I know they make this tire in a tread wear of 300 and 500 apparently. Mine has the 300 stamp on it. The review of the OEM tire on TR said they were getting 45-60k miles.

    Dunlop AT20 GrandTrek 245/75/16.

Well I bit the bullet and bought 265/75/16 BFG TA KO2's. Discount Tire gave me a great trade-in on the Dunlops.

Thank you guys. I am looking forward to learning a lot and hopefully contributing a little to the forum and knowledge base. :)

Here's a pic with the new Pro Comp 31 16x8 wheels and BFG TA KO2's in 265/75/16. The stock steel wheels and tires lasted a total of 350 miles and 4 days.

I also bought an Access Tonneau cover that I will hopefully install this weekend with my little helpers (aka the kids).

Thanks guys. I ended up going back to Discount Tire and swapping for the Michelin LTX MS2's in P265/70/16. My acceleration and gas mileage seems to be back to where it was with the stock 245/75/16 Dunlop GrandTrek's. They don't look near as cool as the KO2's but each tire is 15lbs lighter (P-Metric load C vs. LT Load E) and seems to grip the road well and very quiet. The driver's side KO2 also rubbed the mud flap ever so slightly when turning.

My practical side beat down the cool factor side. LOL I hope I get many miles out of them.

What pressure's do you guys run?
