PAssenger wiper stopped and either the Arm is Broke or shaft is broke under cowl area, Need to understand how to get to shaft mounting area or wiper driver arms underneath. This is after many years of low growl when using wipers.

Wiper arm motor is underneath all of the cowling. That needs to come off first.
