I was a bit surprised to find a check engine light on my just over 4 year old truck. I had it scanned at the parts place and they said it was P0031, Heater Control Bank 1, Sensor 1. The dealer is quoting about $518 bucks plus tax to change the sensor.

My questions is what are the odds that the sensor itself is toast versues some kind of wiring issue? Also what is the toyota part number for this sensor so maybe I can find a cheaper oem sensor online?
