I would suggest a matte black as it looks more like a accent color on your truck. It would match your rims, door handles, mirrors and weather stripping. But honestly I would do something like a Rhinoliner instead of paint if for nothing else besides traction issues. I would see where it would also hold up better than paint. Oscar did his bed with a roll on type. That is much less expensive than the brand name process.

Yes, I checked out the link. It's a good idea if you don't already have a compressor. :D

    Flat black.

But then again, the only glossy black I like is my paint. I'm not really a fan of it on trim.

I would paint them flat black. Reason is that nothing at that level is gloss black; your wheels, for example. If they were, gloss would match it up very well. Gloss(totally my opinion) is more of a theme finish. I am not saying that it doesm't look good. Maybe semi-gloss?:notsure:
    Totaly my opinion though.
Whatever you go with, make sure that the pink glitter is there.......it is what Devine would want, scratch that, NEED.

How much does that kick-out extend beyond the rest of the slider?

Don't think that is much of a kick out. But usually 3 inches or so

It extends all the way into tomorrow!

I haven't measured it, but maybe two inches?

It sticks out past the tires.
