just had a check engine light diagnosed with O2 sensor and the mechanic reset it. Now I've lost all lights interior and exterior. Of course you know the check engine is still on ironically. Pretty sure my problem is related to the reset - but any and all advice will be appreciated since I am currently away from home.

Check fuses. Look for pinched or burned wiring and check ground connections are clean and tight. Maybe try another battery. Good luck!

If the truck starts and runs, perhaps critters have dined on some wiring under your truck. It wouldn't be the first time.

You might also check for battery/ground terminal corrosion. Could also be a disconnected ground wire, especially if he replaced the sensor. Do the headlights work?
