i was going home and my wipers came on,and the only way to stop them was to pull the fuse. has this happen to anyone? when i put the fuse back in it is about 10sec. and then they start running again. it also doesnt spray any washer fluid. is this a bad column turn/wiper switch? if so how hard is it to switch out?

That is the most likely bad part for what you have going on. It is very easy to change out, but the part is not cheap. The other possible cause is a wiring problem. Have you made any changes to the electrical system or any salt water get into areas it shouldn't?

I would go ahead and replace it then. I had to do one in my wife's 4runner.
