buzzing chim noise after install LED's

'15 Super White TRD PRO

Hey guys, just detailed the truck and installed LED's in the interior and license plate. Now there is a fairly loud buzzing/humming noise, maybe a chim if you will, then I can hear it cut off. Like its coming from a switch or motor of some sort. Sounds like its coming from the middle of the cab. Any ideas?
