    Do you have the TSB rear springs installed? Probably the best bang for the buck besides air bags.

    Those make a big difference from stock for towing. I installed air bags before the TSB springs and not sure I would have spent the money on the air bags although with them, they do level the truck hauling my boat.....not that it helps you with your original question. I don't think those helpers will do much but for $30, probably worth a try.
