What are the OEM plugs?

I'm right at the 30K point and am starting to shop for spark plugs. What is the OEM brand and number?
I've looked at Rock Auto and they offer quite a few brands and types. You know, the silver, gold, platinum...
I just want what the 2012 4.0 came with as OEM.

Factory plugs are Denso on one cylinder bank and NGK on the other cylinder bank.

 

To add to the above: You can go with just the Denso's or the NGK's. You do not have to mix them as they do in the factory. I prefer Denso's as I think they wear better than NGK's.
