Toytec Boss Coilovers set at 3" with AAL's,Toytec Boss Rear shocks, LR UCA's, Swaybar Relocate, Diff Drop, 265/70 Nitto Trail Grapplers, 17" KMC wheels, K&N, Limo Tint, 4.7" Shorty Antenna
So I just installed Toytec Boss system (from a 3" spacer lift with aal's) this weekend and I'm have a couple of questions that have came up with the Taco Lean.. Little behind my questions - Install went good but when i started to measure the truck out to do minor adjustments to hit the 3" of lift I wanted, I started to question if what I was doing was right?

So my truck has about a 1" taco lean not the 1/2".. So i cranked down/up the coilover on the driverside 1/2" farther than the passenger side to get the truck within 1/4" (which I'm ok with not satisfied, IM really OCD). So here is my question.

1st - Since the driver side is cranked down/up more than the passenger side is the truck going to ride stiffer on the drivers side? Test drive- i drove about 1.5 miles and went about 40mph and swerved left to right on the road and it felt noticeable different. softer on the passenger side & stiffer on the drivers side. (Could it be just in my head??)

2nd - I have a 1/4 spacer from toytec for the Taco Lean from my old lift.. Could i use that to help with the Taco Lean? (instead of a full 1/2" it would only be a 1/4" difference from left to right) And obviously i want the truck to ride equally right to left. If i had the spacer would help put the same tension on both of the coilovers?

3rd - Overtime would more tension on the drivers side affect anything?

    Thanks!

Damping wise should feel same. You could be experiencing the feeling due to your castor. Have you installed UCAs? Did you get a proper alignment after lifting the truck?

Yes. Installed LR UCA's. I haven't done the alignment yet due to me still adjusting the coilovers (Got done late Saturday night with the install). But my last lift i was only about 1/2 off from where i am at now, so i didn't think i would be too off with the alignment. But i do agree it could be the castor..

Having the one side adjusted a little more as mentioned by OICU812 should not have any effect on the damping at all. Getting a proper alignment done after the adjustment is important also. Have them push the caster as far to the positive side as possible while keeping it within factory specs.

Do not install the 1/4" spacer as that will increase the overall extended travel length and could potentially create issues like binding of the CV's, Ball Joints, Tie Rods etc.
