Dupli Color to paint fiberglass?

anyone here tried paiting their glass with this stuff? thoughts? suggestions?

 

Worked perfect for me. Bout 6 cans of that sanding in between every 2 coats or so, and about 5 cans of clear Duplicolor as well. As long as you do the prep work and paint it like a professional, it'll turn out awesomely. Just make sure to step down the final sanding properly and put some love into polishing and waxing and it'll turn out looking OEM.

 

I did on my rears as well, not a perfect match at certain angles for my color but good enough to scratch up and get dirty

 

It was spot on to my color, with the right paint code. When I got done it was awesome. Over a year later due to lack of waxing and cleaning, as well as improper step down sanding on my part, the luster has become a bit dull, but polishes up pretty well

 

Looks good to me. Not fiberglass but you get the point.

 

Mine the color is pretty good but at certain angles it doesnt reflect the same. Being a metallic it may be the way my old paint faded

 

My buddy did his glass in it. Works great if you are going to beat on it out in the desert or trails. It cost a few hundred in cans and a good chunk of time. Color sanding is your friend. I'll be painting my whole truck soon but I'll be using a gravity sprayer. I got about 4 years out of mine until I decided the rocks done enough damage.
