Need centering rings

3" ReadyLift level, 17"x8" ProComp Steelies, 265/70r17 Nitto Terra Grappler G2, black emblems, LED rear floods under back bumper, 20% tint all around, 10% windshield strip

I have a 2007 DCSB and i ordered wheel spacers to go on with my lift and new wheels and tires. I only wanted 1" spacers and I couldn't find any with a 106mm diameter so I ended up with 108mm. This means I need a set of centering rings. Where do I buy these centering rings?
