Placed the order today! Pumped to get it on. Got everything in the first post except went with Total Chaos UCAs. Just heard too many reports about quality issues with the Light Racing. It sounds like they've address most of the issues, but i plan on being in the middle of nowhere with little kids at times and am willing to pay a little for peice of mind.

Thanks to everyone who helped. I'll throw up some pics next month when its on.

Got it done today and I'm really happy with the result. Sits nice with the factory rake. The ride is great, much better than stock. It just feels solid. I got 3.5* of caster so it tracks better on the highway too. Before I had a driveline vibe from 20-25 mph when under 3/4 throttle and now it's gone--we'll see, but so far no vibes. All around better. I'll give it a couple days to settle and post some measurements this weekend. Here's some pics.

I kinda feel like I'm talking to myself on my Facebook wall LOL! Oh well, I hope this will help someone in the future thinking about this set up.

I didn't end up using the center pin collars because once I got one leaf reassembled, I eyeballed it and it didn't look like there was enough room between the perch and housing to fit the longer pin without a shim. As of now, I'm not gonna need shims anyway and they will be easy enuf to put in if I need to.

Here's what I got after the lift, hub to fender:

    FL 22 1/4" FR 22 5/8"

    RL 23 3/8" RR 23 3/8"

Down the road I might put in a 10 mm spacer on the front driver to level it out, but the difference is pretty small. I'll wait until after I add some sliders and whatever else I decide to do first.
