My 98 3RZ has a hard time getting started when it is cold. I have to crank it for about 20 seconds before it unenthusiastically sputters to life. Once it is running there are no problems and is super smooth. If the engine is shut off once the truck has run a bit and then restarted later (within a few hours) there are also no problems.
I am assuming that this is a fuel pressure problem. I have checked for gas leaking and have not found anything. Have a new fuel filter in already.

    Any ideas??

    Dan
