Toytec Ultimate Lift Kit Maintenance Question

Guys, I have an 09 DC Prerunner that I put a Toytec Ultimate lift kit (with Bilstein coilovers and add a leaf) on a few years ago.

After 4 years or so and about 40k miles since the install, I'm wondering if they need any maintenance. This was the first lift I'd ever completed myself so I'm no expert on these things.

1. Do the Bilstein shocks ever need to be replaced? If so, when?

2. The front needs to be height adjusted. What is the easiest way to do this? I still have the special wrenches that came with the kit but I remember them being very difficult to use.

3. What other maintenance should I be doing or have done up to this point?

4. Do my Total Chaos UCA's that I installed at the same time need any maintenance at this point?
