Hoping you guys can help point me in the right direction

A few weeks ago I had my front driver side wheel bearing, rotors and pads replaced. Right after that I noticed a shake in the steering wheel. I can't feel it anywhere else and there is no noises to be heard. I have taken the hub assembly out and revolted everything. The hub rotates just fine. I have also had my tires rotated and balances twice now with no change. To add to it, yesterday when I hit my brakes fairly hard at 50 mph, the steering wheel did a slight jerk to the right. Nothing major but slight. The steering wheel shimmy is inconsistent. I can be doing 60 one minute and its fine, then the next it is shaking. It shakes at anywhere from 30 mph and up, just not consistently. When I use the brakes, it is smooth as can be, so I don't think I have a rotor problem. I think that slight jerk I mentioned could be a possible bad caliper. I have read that sticking calipers can cause a steering vibration when not braking, but then others say no.

Im at a loss and sorry for the length of this.

Sorry, forgot to mention. My truck is an 06 Prerunner with 74k miles.

Sorry, I knew I was forgetting some things. The only mods are 5100s up front and the Toyota 4 leaf in back. I do have one size larger tires, but have had them for over a year and no issues until now. The new rotors I put on are cross drilled and slotted. Other then that, there isn't anything out of stock.

My truck does have that problem as well and I'll see about doing that fix. But these are two totally different feels. I will try the zip tie.

What height do you have the 5100s set to??

I'd probably take a good look at the steering rack bushings first.

I have had the 5100s for so long, I don't even remember. I just used tg to level the truck after the rear leaf tsb. I believe they are set at the lowest notch. Just one above stock.

I'm going to take a look at the rack. Is there a good way to tell if part of it has gone bad?
