Just thought I would clarify an already discussed topic on running 16" steel wheels on our 2nd gens. 4wheelparts mounted up a procomp 51 series 16×8 (4.25 backspacing) on my truck and they DO FIT. I have an 06 DCSB with OME lift and spider trax spacers (1.25) and i have nearly an inch of space between the caliper and the wheel. If anyone is wanting to run a procomp steelie in a 16×8 YOU WILL NEED SPACERS. Again i know its already been discussed but just wanted say the fitment is perfect with spidertrax spacer and the cost of a 285/75/16 is cheeper than a 285/70/17 as well. I ordered the set of wheels and they have some micky ttc radial claws in the 285/75/16 that are going on them. Gonna look good. Wheels should be here in a week ill post up some pics when its all said and done. Sorry if this is already discussed in another thread.
