    Hey Folks,

Love my '12, but one of the things that has been driving me nuts is the factory stereo. Its so dim in the daylight its hard to read. I don't have the JBL stiff, just the factory XM Radio, FM/AM single disc player. I would like to get something that will still allow the steering wheel controls (volume, skip, etc) and XM Radio.

    What do you all recommend?

It's about how much you want to spend on the features you want.

As for wheel controls, you can get an adapter for volume and tracks, but you will loose BT wheel controls.

FWIW I just installed a Pioneer AVH-X5600BHS in my '14 AC. I still need to connect the backup camera and run a USB port extension (the only connection is on the back), but so far I like it.

Eclipse and Pioneer are about as good as it gets. I'm a fan of the Pioneer AVIC series.
