    OEM: Backup Camera, Bed Mat, Wiper Switch. Aftermarket: Fog Lights, Pop and Lock, Truxport, MS2's Debadged
    Looks like you are missing a clamp. That clamp holds that boot down which keeps dirt off the cylinder and out of the seals. That keeps the seals from being damaged by dirt and leaking.

    In other words..... replace the clamp sooner than later, it's a cheap part.
