Yes last night driving on the interstate it seemed the truck shut off because it seemed the speed decreased and it started coasting and the engine light came on so for another 30 seconds I saw or wanted to see what it was going to do and I don't think I hit the gas pedal or anything the accelerator I just pulled to the side and cut it off.

turned everything off waited for about 30 seconds started it back up it fired right up but it had the check engine light still. Drove another maybe 5 miles to my destination stayed there for maybe three four hours got in the truck crank it up the engine light was still on it drove normal n fine stopped and got gas at that point it was at half a tank and after I filled it up and took off the engine light was off or actually when I started it back up rather the engine light was not on. Drove about 50 miles to the house the engine light did not come back on.

I am going to check the mass air meter housing though because when I bought the truck last week and we were checking it out at the job someone had said something about the mass air meter housing looked as if maybe someone at maybe epoxy sealed or or some kind of seal but it wasn't very noticeable just a little spot but I'm going to definitely gotta go bye one of my friend mechanics house today to show him the truck he actually helped me out in the process he was the guy who had a friend in Connecticut go look at it and check it out but I'm going to I will check that mass air flow out .

no code still today but I found the mass air meter housing where the round part meets the rectangle part they tried to epoxy seal it so I went ahead and tape it up real good until I get a new one

I could not figure out how to add an image using my phone I know how to do it on a laptop

That looks like it is letting unfiltered air into the engine, but I'm not sure if it would throw the MAF sensor off since it is before the sensor.

Get the stored code off the computer using a reader. If you don't have a reader either find a friend that has a code reader, or go to a parts store like Autozone that will read the code for free. It's good to know what code(s) are stored so you can plan ahead for a possible problem. Don't just automatically replace sensors because there was a code. It may have stalled for one reason causing the computer to throw an unrelated code.
