Somehow I'm not deterred and will still drink coke. That's like showing black lungs to smokers.

    Anything Nissan is retarded imo.
To sink even more money into one is even worse.

It's been shown that they rub at another beach at Robson Bight , that's well documented , this is the first I've read of them rubbing anywhere else

    From up in a tree.

    50 yards uphill.

    Surrounded by orca-spikes.

    With a TV playing "Blackfish."

Yeah , that's in South America and is a behaviour that is unique to that area

Up here the southern and northern resident pods main diet consists primarily of salmon , only transient Orca feed on large mammals like seals , sea lions and other whales and there are no known records of any fatal Orca attacks on humans in the wild

They rub on the gravel to free their skin of parasites is the general consensus from all the stuff I've read about the Robson Bight studies

I watched 3 Orca that had beached a Minke whale circle around in the shallows over about an hour and a half as the tide came up , the smaller whales took turns swimming up and biting the Minke whale's tail flukes , they were in such shallow water that their backs were exposed and big clouds of mud and silt were produced every time they made a pass . All the while the big adult sat about 30' offshore and was vocalizing loudly , you could hear her no problem out of the water . Eventually the tide came up enough that one of the Orca got a good grip on the Minke's tail and pulled it backwards into deeper water .

The Minke made a run for the mouth of the harbour with the Orcas in pursuit and about 600' away from the beach the adult breached over the Minke and landed on it . That was the last I saw of the whales . The next day a local fisherman told me that they discovered the remains of the Minke whale floating out at the mouth of the harbour .

Most amazing thing I've ever witnessed .

I've also had a pod go right under our 14' aluminum fish boat while my BIL and I were out salmon fishing , we were standing up in the boat and the whales went right under us , you could just see the white markings on their bodies as the dove under our boat about 25' down and came up on the other side . There was a big bull with them and his dorsal fin was as tall as us standing in the boat , he passed us about 20' away

We were fishing this exact point where this video was filmed

I would've pushed that annoying lady in the water, then they would have had a recorded fatality by Orca's.
