02, 3.4L TRD power steering/rack line leak. Ya'll think that will be expensive to fix? I'm not sure if the line is damaged, perhaps a seal inside is worn out? I tried tightening the nut, but I only have an adjustable wrench on hand so I could only get it half a turn. But this problem just started last night so I'm not sure what the deal is.

Time for some new hoses. You've already got new oil. ;)

Is it the lines themselves? Because I imagine there is a seal in there, that could probably be replaced. That would be a cheap and very fast/easy fix that I could probably do in 20 minutes.

Just found out my truck is leaking power steering fluid from around that area also. hopefully it's an easy cheap fix.

Well, it looks like you're going to find out but I think the lines themselves should be replaced. I might be wrong, though.

Just a word of advice, when wrenching on lines make sure to use a flare wrench (line wrench). You'll really regret rounding off a line nut, it sucks.... ask me how I know.

Think my leak may be in a different spot. But I'll need to clean it and check again. Truck should be on in order to locate the leak correct?

I found it easily while off but that's because I have such a severe leak. The leak flows pretty bad while on.
