TRD Sport rear bumper replacement

I originally posted this in Armor to no avail so maybe this thread will have more success....

So, I managed to get into a fight with my log splitter while towing and put a nice hit into my rear bumper. I was looking at replacing the factory color match silver bumper with a chrome bumper but the Toyota dealer, internet, and the local body shops either say no go or are unsure of the compatibility. I figured you guys are the experts and could point me in the right direction. Other options are welcome.

2012 trd sport double cab 4x4, camera in rear bumper running to nav system.

 

Camera should be in tailgate handle, not in the bumper.
Chrome bumper should be identical to color match (except for the color )
Chrome bumper could possibly be had for a song on craigslist as lots of people want to go the other way (replace chrome with color)

 

If you are taking about the oem Crome bumper, it will fit. All 04-15 bumpers are compatible.

The camera in the rear is in the tailgate handle, not the bumper.

05-15, 04 is a first gen.

Just get a high clearance off-road bumper.
