Pulled my driver side axle to replace the outer seal and now I can see there is a lot of moisture in the axle tube. I changed the passenger side axle bearing about a month ago and didn't notice any moisture. I know this truck got drove through a creek several times a week for the last couple years before I bought it.

Is there anything I should do other than just make sure I dry it out?
I plan to change the diff fluid and relocate the breather when I get it put back together.

Do the relocate now, before driving in any deep water, and you'll be fine.
