i have a 2014 tacoma prerunner looking to level out the front of it. Im looking in to blisteen 5100s and leaving the rest stock inless advised to other wise.
Could some one give me a rough quote on how much to install the shocks and get alignment and any good mechanics in Orange County area. Or should i go to the dealer ?

I wouldn't go to the dealer.

For level I'd go with 5100's set at 1.75.

Very easy install, probably could get a few local members to install for pizza and beer.

For the alignment go to firestone and get the $150 lifetime alignment.

I believe it should be fine if you are just leveling it out. If you are trying to raise it to 2.5 with stock coils then it may be a stiffer ride since you'll be preloading the coils a lot.

You should double check if the warranty will be voided if you do the work yourself. Read that some places will only honor the warranty if you have a shop do it. But that is generally for lifting. Not sure how it is if you're just leveling truck.
