Alarm Security Shines Bright

Hello all, new here. I just got my Tacoma back from a regular service this afternoon. As I was driving tonight, I noticed my blue alarm security light doesn't shut off, it just shines bright. When I alarm the truck, it just locks but doesn't sound the horn and the light still just shines bright. Any suggestions? Couldn't get a hold of anyone at the dealer to troubleshoot.

 

what alarm do you have? i would venture to guess it is in valet mode.

 

How do you reset it in that mode? I have no idea if it's in valet mode or not.

 

what alarm do you have... at least the manufacture

 

Factory alarm has a blue LED, so I imagine it's OEM.

 

I figured it out. There's a button on the light that I held down to reset. Tried that earlier but was too impatient but it worked now.
