I am looking for a mild lift to hopefully remove the rubbing I am experiencing with my 265/75/16 Duratracs (frame rub at approx 80% steering lock). First of all, not sure if that will solve that problem (and maybe need spacers or something instead), but need a lift either way.

I want to run the bilstein 5100 adjustables upfront and the matching 5100 non adjustable in the rear. I will run them in the middle settings for 1.25" lift as I am running the OEM coils and dont want too harsh of a ride. Plus i think 2.5" lift is too much for 265/75/16s.

I am looking to run the Wheelers AAL 1.5" in the rear, however can anyone tell me if I can run this: or do I need to run: It sounds like I need to run this up front to level out the setup or the rear will end up a little higher with 1.5" AAL in the rear and 1.25" up front: pic for fun:

rims with 4" BS will do a pretty good job of fixing the rub.

probably what i would do if the rubbing doesnt clear up (rather than spacers), but I like my blacked out OEM ones.

Wheelers sell the steelies in the fitment for 1st gen tacos. Cheapest fix would be the spacers. I had a little rubbing and used that as an excuse to lift my truck. I didnt eh 3leaf progressive in the back and 5100s eibach in front. still tiny amount of rubbing at full lock.

Since you skipped the 3 leaf progressive, did you get the other link i referenced in the rear?

How harsh of a ride difference are we talking between progressive and non?
