I can't wait to mount them up. I'll probably do it early this coming week! More pics to come soon.

They are just 2.0's. Really don't need them to be much larger.

    http://www.amazon.com/TORCHSTAR-9003-High-Headlight-Conversion/dp/B00KV2YLH0

JUST KNOW, that you could find that same brand and all for WAYYYYY cheaper on Ebay. I think I picked mine up for like $80 total.

Yeah I know, they are pretty pricey, but you also have to factor in the time they spend fabbing those up, sending them to powder coat boxing/packaging. There is a lot of overhead if you really think about it when you talk about marking up products that are custom tabbed.

Plus it removes guesswork, which I really do not like to do. The easier it can be on me when it comes to mounting them up, the better, even if that means I have to pay a little more.

It might take a couple hours to make those, and I was asking stroke not diameter, obviously you don't do any fab work so you can justify those mystically made brackets lol

Lol exactly. If I was a fabber I would not be down with the price at all, but I get it. You got to charge what you do to keep the lights on and pay the bills, so I'm not mad, families must be fed too us know? Ah, the stroke on them is 3". After doing the math on my current travel to bottom out, I determined that these would be the perfect fit for the bill.

12's? Oo that's nice! RR's or emulsion both from and rear? I want to do the 12" BAMF rear retrofit, but at this point I really don't want to put any more work into the truck then I already have to.

95% completed product. I have to replace the U-bolt flip plate with a relocation flip plate that Total Chaos makes due to some clearance challenges, but other then that and a few other small tweaks to make mounting of other various pieces more solid, it's done!

Lol working on it man! I am in the process of receiving and installing some polyurethane body mounts, I just recently installed some poly radiator support body mounts and now the front is nice and held together solidly. The main factors right now is that I got to do the CMC and reinforce the radiator core support before I take it back wheeling. It rides awesome on the road and off honestly, but obviously I can't do much of anything with it right now because of my limiting factors at the moment. I'll be heading to La Grange and other places likely at the end of this month, so expect some updated action shots by that time. :)

Looking at my old radiator support mounts I can see very much why the support bulkhead is all thrashed and has excessive stress. The old rubber bushings weren't holding anything together, which led to excessive energy transfer during some spirited runs.

The suitable replacer vs. The old one side by side:

The ones in the rear are from the drivers side. Coincidentally, the same side that i was having a lot of clearance and various rub issies from:

    IMAG0090_zpsjux410zh_0261d7c576a21e2e6531f1bfa9c79bc55b65f435.jpg

New bushings installed and WAY less movement free, for those interested in replacing the bushings (mind you, the old rubber ones I had pulled out only had 44K on them) Energy P/N 9.4101G:

    IMAG0088_zpseq753gms_5fa3108dcafdf2cae86849f2ed3fe8de3f59c726.jpg

And yes, I finally found metallic clamping large enough to fit around the frame and the remote reservoirs. Much tighter hold on the cans now. XD

I find it really funny how I called Energy not too long ago to ask them if they made body mount bushing kits for 05-up Tacoma and their response was no, yet these instructions SPECIFICALLY state they are for 05-13 Tacoma. Well regardless. They look real stout.

Have you had any issues with alignment getting knocked out easier since the DK lowers? The Derlin bushings are less shock absorbing than poly, SconnieHailer reported issues of this. I was planning to tack the cams in place once I was happy with the alignment.
