    I was gambling that the taco owner was a member based on the lower grill being dipped/painted.

    I agree with the snow tires and am floored how many northern municipalities still do not spec them for winter on city vehicles (PD,FD,etc.). Although most of us (northerners) spent driver's ed. learning to drive in the snow, tires change everything.
