    I am digging this vehicle and it is in my price range. It is a ways over book value but has quite a bit of work done to it and exactly the mods I would have done.

    But I'm not extremely knowledgable about Tacomas so I'd appreciate any input you guys had to offer.

    If he really is the 2nd owner since 30k miles that's pretty neat. If you're in the area and could actually meet him I bet he'd love to tell you all about the truck. It looks in great shape and I'm sure he can tell you all about it and even the little things that have been done. Not a Great deal, but looks like a fair deal. He's probably asking top $$$ because he loves it and has sentiment value also.
