    Jared Macdonald is a fellow officer of mine who was shot in an ambush in which two members of the coast guard were shot in their home. Jared is a great guy, a veteran of the Marines and the Coast Guard. He's hardworking Officer and an Electrician to boot. Due to the nature of his injuries him and his family have a very long road ahead of them. We started a fund raiser to help ease with his journey ahead.

    Jared has a positive attitude and is determined to leave the hospital as quickly as possible.
