I am in need of mounting my iphone and data cable in a better spot than in my glove box. I have 2 options that I am interested in: Mob armor and tech dech. I really like them both but I am not sure if there are stronger opinions for one or the other. I really like the simplicity of the Mob armor but I also like the expandabilty of the tech deck. Post pics if you have some and let me know your thoughts.

I have a Flyzeye so techdeck wasn't even an option for me. I personally hate having too much RAM stuff all in my truck. If your just looking to mount a phone the MobArmor mount is awesome. I bought one on one of their first group buys and it's been fantastic. I don't have to fiddle with a RAM mount if I want to grab my phone while driving. Just a loosen the screw on he mount and phone comes out, and I can put it back in at this point without taking my eyes off the road. Or you can just pull the hole thing off its magnet base if you want. RAM mounts require a little more fiddling to get everything secure, though they are solid mounts! I have my GPS mounted up to my A Pillar that way and I cant do it with one hand.

I ended up mounting my MobArmor mount on my center console by the shifter rather than by the stereo. If you want to mount a tablet and a phone you might want to go techdeck. As for me I have no use for a tablet in my truck at the moment.

I really only need for my phone. Gps is on my HU. Mob armor would be less intrusive. Thanks for the reply!
