Just wondering if anyone has any experience with Rust-oleum bed liner? I have been looking at my AvidOffroad light bar & rear bumper guard since Christmas and really need to get them on the truck. Don't want to power coat or paint. Would rather coat them. Line-X sounds good (little pricy), but does it fade? Also the Line-X dealer said it has to incapsulate the entire piece to work or it will peel off, also if gauged or scraped it will peel. Rust-oleum seems to be a better choice because price for one, and easy touch ups? Have no ideal? Any insight / experience would be greatly appreciated. Thank, Joel.

There are so many colors and this product is tough. It won't chip or fade. Its more rubberized so it won't scratch and chip. Did my whole jeep in it and it was amazing. Its a well known product in the jeep world. check it out.

edit: It doesn't fade I had it for years in the sun and looked great.

I used Rust-oleum bed liner on my All Pro bumper. Installed last summer. Holding up great. Have extra rattle can if I do need to touch it up. Just order sliders today and I'll be doing the same to them this weekend. Sand, acetone, prime, bed liner. Hasn't faded one bit.

    +1.

There is no better DIY product out there.

And if you do a price compare, it really walks away.

It's so good that when my black OE bumpers (on my little base AC) get all ratty looking, I'll be refurbing them with it.

I believe monstaliner came out with smaller cans of there product. Haven't looked in a while but a little goes a long way with this stuff.
