Hey guys first timer here. Hoping someone can give me a little help here. I am a fairly decent mechanic but my 2000 PreRunner 2.7 is driving me crazy. It idles perfect but has low power and has a surge like I am feathering the gas pedal when accelerating and at normal highway speeds. Truck has new air/fuel filters, new catalytic converter, new plugs/wires/coils, and freshly cleaned throttle body. I pulled the plugs and checked the gap. They were off a little so I regapped them and nothing changed. I replaced all worn or cracked vacuum lines. Also pulled out all of the injectors and tested/cleaned them amd installed them with new orings. Have tried running premium fuel and have used seafoam in the tank. All of this did nothing. I pulled the 02 sensors and cleaned them and nothing. Any advice? Any help is greatly appreciated as I am about ready to raise the white flag!

Have you tried cleaning the MAF?
