Fog light mod, JBA LT headers, drop-in k&n filter, energy bushings, tried fold topper, 2nd air filter removed, all new stereo system minus subs, plastisol the wheels.
I have 228k miles on my truck and have some "valve tap" noise in the heads.
Now I have a Nissan with the same kind of valve setup and used the stp and it works great with the noise.
I know it mainly just thickens up the oil. But it does have Zink in it to help.
Has anyone used this in there 2nd gen 4.0l?

I use Lucas Oil Stabilizer for the 1/2 quart to top off oil,
125k and no valve tick and no fill cap gunk.
