Title contract when selling a vehicle you still owe on

I'm selling my 2000 Tacoma. I still owe some money on it, so I don't have the title. I'm pretty sure I need to come up with a contract stating that I'll send the title to the buyer when I get it.

Where can I find an example of this contract so I can print it out, make it look official, and make it fair for both sides?

i may not be of alot of help on titling....but you may want to google "titling a vehicle/ california".......you may come up with just what you need. hope this helps.
