Does anyone have the Amp Research Bed Xtender for their truck?

    http://performancepickup.com/i-1716...lid=CJPuzMnr18MCFY17fgodlKEAhw&setcookie=true

I was looking on performancepickup.com and it says the Xtender is compatible with my truck but down further on the page it says there is some required hardware, an L bracket kit and a strap latch kit. When you go to add the L bracket kit it says that's NOT compatible with my truck, but the latch kit is, obviously the mounting bracket is the most important piece... I am not sure if it's just that site or if it's really not compatible... I have seen forums on here where some of you have talked about purchasing this extender bar but not sure if anyone actually has or not...

    Appreciate the feedback!!!

I have the exact one. Mine, ordered from Amazon, came with all hardware. The description said it didn't so I had an extra kit that was not needed. They mount to the sides and have straps with posts that click into the tail gate. I was under the assumption that this exact style was no longer available anywhere. They do have a newer style that is narrower but similar.

Thank you for all the replies. Sounds like it's going to vary depending on which one I go with, best to just order it and wait and see... I am thinking I may go with their sport model now, something that makes use of the full tailgate. Decisions decisions.... I also need to make sure my jet ski trailer won't hit as I was planning on using this mainly when camping and I tend to do more lake camping then booney camping.

I've got this one too. Love it ... especially when carrying smaller stuff in the bed (like bottled water) so it doesn't slide all over the place.
